Passionate about how technology, data and education intersect, Hayes wants all our learners to have a clear understanding of why they’re doing what they’re doing, and that their personal ambitions are reflected in their learning journeys.

Hayes merges his creative background and business experience to provide cutting-edge online learning experiences for the university’s business and technical programs. Formerly assistant dean, associate dean and executive director at Southern New Hampshire University’s online college, he’s an online learner himself, having received his MBA online before running his own multimillion-dollar business.
