As humans, we hold the power. The power to reach our full potential and reach new limits together. Question is, how do you unlock your own potential?

If you think about it, we are the world’s most valuable resource: humans. We shape our own future and the future of those around us. It’s time to value human intelligence over artificial intelligence. What’s stopping us?

“How you maximize your potential?” To conquer the question, we go back to the common phrase, “Is the glass half empty or half full?” Your answer may have a bigger impact on your success, and the success of those around you than you think. Positive habits and thought patterns not only impact you, but your team, your organization, and your community.

The greatest resource is us, all 7 billion of us

Did you know 53% of Americans are unhappy at work, with 70% of employees actively disengaged? When you’re unhappy, research has shown that you’re 20% less efficient at your job. This can hold you back from pursuing new opportunities or even getting noticed at work. Positive thinking and expressing positive emotions can help you. For example, research has shown that through the process of positive thinking, you can benefit from better problem solving, efficiency, self-awareness, resilience and, even, energy levels!

So, how can you stay at the wheel? Activate your best self, and with it, fuel the movements of tomorrow. Here’s how.

Being a positive and forward-thinking leader allows for a flourishing team. Plus, motivated employees are much more likely to increase productivity and generate more output. And a positive atmosphere at work helps with employee retention rates.

Consider, high turnover rates at work can cost an organization. Forbes estimated that up to 30 and 50% of their annual salary goes toward replacing entry-level employees.
